The Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry forms the foundation of pharmacy education, focusing on medicinal chemistry, organic synthesis, and pharmaceutical analysis. The department is equipped with state-of-the-art laboratories and modern analytical instruments that provide students with hands-on training and research exposure.
With the guidance of experienced faculty, students gain expertise in Analytical Method development by UV Spectroscopy and HPLC, synthesis, structural elucidation, and analytical techniques. The department emphasizes research-oriented learning, preparing students for careers in the pharmaceutical industry, quality control, regulatory affairs, and academics.
